Refunds and Returns
Unfortunately we are unable to offer change of mind refunds or returns on any of our products due to the personalisation of product.
Please ensure you provide the correct delivery information. We are unable to offer refunds if incorrect delivery information has been provided. Re-delivery will incur an additional redelivery fee. An administration fee will also apply.
If for any reason your order arrives broken or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we will do our best to make it right.
Changes and Cancellations
As we pride ourselves on fast dispatch and delivery, changes are not always possible. Changes may be possible if you contact us prior to 5pm AEST on the same day the order was placed. Please send an email to email@example.com with the subject “Urgent Change” with your order number and details of your request.
We are unable to offer cancellations once an order has been placed.
